Q: What is FusionFall?

A: FusionFall is an MMOG set in a re-imagined Cartoon Network universe. As a kid in this world, players will team up with other players and Cartoon Network characters to defend it from an alien invasion of epic proportions. The game is a mix of all the action of a 3-D console platform game and all the customization, character development and open-ended world exploration of an MMORPG (massively multi-player online role-playing game). In addition, players can collect small, super-deformed versions of Cartoon Network characters along the way that provide powers and abilities to assist during missions.

Q: When will the game launch?

A: Cartoon Network Universe: FuisionFall is scheduled to launch in fall 2008.

Q: How can I be a part of beta testing?

A: Just sign in and you'll see the Beta Sign Up page. Click on the "I Wanna Sign Up Now!" button and follow the instructions for a chance to be included in the Beta.

2. Sign in by clicking on the Log In button in the upper right hand corner.
3. Just sign in and you'll see the Beta Sign Up page.

Q: How come I can't play the game?

A: FusionFall launches in fall 2008. Players who register for accounts now will have access to up-to-the-minute FusionFall information through our newsletter and have the opportunity to sign up for our beta test, coming soon.

Q: How do I login?

A:

1. Click "LOG IN" at the top of the page.
2. Enter your User ID and Password.

If you have not yet registered for an account, click "SIGN UP" to register an account.

Please note: At this time the game has not launched. You are registering for an account on FusionFall to receive the most up-to-the-minute details about the game and launch.

Q: When I go to my account settings it says Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall is enabled, what does that mean? Does it mean I get to play the game?

A: The "enabled" FusionFall logo on your account settings page indicates that you have an active account with Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall. You will be able to play the game once FusionFall launches in fall 2008.

Q. I registered but my parents never got the e-mail and I have not heard from you. What should I do?

A: If your parents never received the confirmation email, they can still create an account and link it to yours. Here's how:

1. Have your parents click "SIGN UP" and then register for a FusionFall account.
2. Next they should click "Link An Existing Account" under "My Linked Account" from their My Account Page.
3. Next they should enter your username, password and then click submit.

After they have entered your information, your parents can manage your account privileges, including newsletter sign-up and requests for beta testing information.

Q: I forgot my username and password. Can you help?

A: Make sure that you have already registered for a FusionFall account.

If you still cannot log in, verify that you are providing the correct User ID and Password. If you have forgotten your password, click "I need help logging in" and we will send an email with further instructions.

Q: We can't seem to figure out how to get the game started. Can you help?

Q: How come I can't register?

A: There are a number of possible reasons why your registration cannot be processed. Please make sure you are filling in ALL the fields on the SIGN UP page, as they are all required for registration. Note that your password must be 6-10 characters in length. You must also accept FusionFall's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in order to register.

Q: What characters will be in game?

A: There are a host of Cartoon Network characters in the game. The stars of Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Ed, Edd n Eddy, Dexter's Laboratory, Ben 10, The Powerpuff Girls, and more. Specifics on characters will be revealed at a later time.

Q: Is the game free?

A: There will be free game play but we aren't announcing all the details just yet. Details about cost will be revealed at a later date.

Q: How will FusionFall's forums be moderated?

A: The official forums for FusionFall will be moderated primarily by the FusionFall Community team at Cartoon Network. Additionally, we will have support from our Customer Service department in helping keep the official forums a constructive and positive environment. At this time, we are not considering using volunteer moderators for the Official FusionFall forums.

Q: In what territories will the game be available?

A: We hope to launch the game in as many territories as possible. More details will be announced at a later date.
